The staff was exceptionally nice, polite, and responded promptly to requests. It was just next door to restaurants/shops, and beach bar, a marvellous and stunning location overall. - the warm drinks in the main bar were very welcome. - Everything was simply great.

Variety of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Big size room with WiFi and a terrace, and awesome view of the sea from it. Great pool, particularly good location in the machine at the tourist office or on the platform.

The first line hotel overlooking the sea is super comfortable and beautiful! Big beds and silence at night. Friendly staff and good service!

I wasn't ready for all the drinks at dinner, including water and coffee to be paid.

This place was perfect for sightseeing and I had a great time interacting with the very friendly staff here.

The hotel location was amazing, close to bars and restaurants. the room was modern and included amenities like tea/coffee and 2 queen beds, as well as internet access. - the staff were helpful and accommodating. - the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including cheese and meats.

In restaurant tables are placed very close to each other, and it was noisy. Lounges in the VIP zone are also very closely placed, especially in the high season.

tahiti playa in santa susanna exceeded my expectations. the hotel is immaculate, staff are hardworking and friendly, and the location on the beach is perfect. i would definitely go back.

Slow elevator to the pool.

The hotel is very close to the sea and has the biggest pool of all the hotels in the area. It also has a big diplay in the middle of the pool area showing temperature and time, very nice! Pool area and hotel rooma are very clean. Food was also good, although the breakfast was always the same...sausages, eggs and bacon. Great vacation after all!

Pool is just 1.5m deep. Some of the hotel staff were not very nice in my opinion... I had breakfast and dinner included and wanted to to spend one whole day in Barcelona untill late so I was going to skip one of the dinners I had payed for. So I aksed the receptionist the day before if I could miss the dinner but get a lunch instead some other time(lunch and dinner are at the same cost). They told me it was not possible to change now.. and that I should have let them know 1 hour earlier. I didnt like this and it just didnt make any sense to me. There were may be 6-800pax for dinner every night and loads of food was always left at the end of the dinner, lunch or breakfst. I just dont see why coudnt day move 2 ppl(me and my GF) from dinner to lunch just once, they were both at the same price. Before I got there I contacted them in their site asking for directions from the Sta Susanna train station to the hotel 3 times. All the times they answered me, they said 'the train station is just 10min away, thank you' ...no one assisted me properly

Massage therapist works very professionally, great food, access directly to the beach from the pools.

For four stars, a very poor room, cracked in the ceiling, a bathroom all scrapped (junk) cleaning leaves much to be desired, each time you ask the cleaning lady for soap and shampoo

Pos: This place is incredibly beautiful; the location is great and they have onsite private parking, my kids and I really enjoyed being there.
